Organization did not finish

Check your internet connection and make sure cloud organization is enabled in About & Privacy. Photos and recordings may take longer to process. If a request fails, try again later.

Camera, photos, or recording are unavailable

Open iPhone Settings, find Pet Visit Prep, and check camera, photo library, and microphone access. You can continue using manual text records without these permissions.

Where is my information stored?

Pet profiles, records, photos, and visit briefs are stored on your current device by default. Pet Visit Prep does not currently provide accounts or cloud sync. Deleting the app may remove local data.

How do I delete my information?

Open About & Privacy from the top-right corner of the app, then choose Clear All Local Data. Deleted local data cannot be recovered.

Pet Visit Prep organizes the information you provide. It does not diagnose conditions or recommend medication. Contact a veterinarian immediately in an emergency.
